Please note that as the Comfort Inn and Conference Centre has recently been purchased by the Provincial Government for housing, we are currently in the process of finding another venue. Details to follow.

This Expo is a showcase for businesses that provide services to strata corporations (condo, townhouse or bare land stratas). Book your table now: 1 skirted table and 2 chairs will be provided. Refer to the diagram below to select your preferred table numbers.

This full day event will be free to the public and marketed through postering, advertising, social media and email. If you provide a door prize by September 1st, your prize will be mentioned in social media and email campaigns. (A free consultation or service? A great discount?)

You may also apply to be a speaker in our "Expert Talks". No sales-pitches please. This is15 minutes to let your expertise shine on a topic of interest to strata owners, councils, property managers and other industry professionals.

Celebrating 50 Years 1973-2023! The Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association (VISOA) is an independent, non-profit society supported by membership fees. Formed in 1973, it is the longest-running organization of its kind in Canada. VISOA provides education, support, and advocacy for BC strata owners and strata corporations. Membership is open to any resident of B.C., strata corporations (such as condominiums, townhomes, bare land, and commercial stratas), as well as businesses that provide goods and services to stratas. As part of its mandate, VISOA meets with government and industry associations, and sits on advisory panels to advocate for BC strata owners and strata corporations.
